S4 Swim School offers a wide choice of swimming classes across many pools in the West Midlands and Staffordshire areas.

All S4 sessions are structured the same, seeing very experienced qualified swim instructors/coaches at each session maintaining S4 Swim School's very high standards. The swimmers safety and aquatic development will always be our top priority.

Swim coaching sessions and adult swimming lessons are also available at some of these locations.

S4 Babies Courses

S4 Babies is an adult & child swimming programme designed to give your child a happy confident start in basic swimming skills. Thirty minute classes are available for ages from four months to five years and are organised according to age.

S4 Teaching Courses

S4 Teaching is a childrens swimming programme designed to give your child swim teaching of the highest quality. Our top priority is to provide a relaxed & friendly environment for children to learn to swim.

S6 Coaching Courses

S6 Coaching is an introduction to coaching for children. It is an extension of S4 swim teaching, incorporating two coaching based disciplines 'Speed' & 'Stamina'. Sixty minute sessions are available for swimmers aged 8+ years.

S4 Adult Swimming Courses

S4 Adult Swimming sessions are structured to your individual needs after an assessment during your first visit. Designed for the complete non swimmer looking for water confidence and basic stroke development to the more advanced swimmer.

S4 Swim Select Courses

S4 Swim Select is a 1 day course targeted at elite level swimming (ages 10 yrs +). The main emphasis behind all aspects of Swim Select courses will be on training smart - swimmers are encouraged to think for themselves.
